For groups or individuals, we offer mindfulness, breathing and yoga training for mental health and self-awareness.
Wellbeing retreats are held seasonally for groups where we introduce mental and physical aspects of mindfulness, 1-1 therapy, art, journalling, healthy eating and restorative exercise.
Groups are no larger than 10 people to eliminate distraction and allow time for us to work with each participant thoroughly. Retreats run for weekends and week-long residentials in Margate, Kent.
