2. Get the access code provided.
3. Now simply dial you full destination number

How do I get billed?
Billing is straight forward. Calls to our access codes are billed per second.
If you have itemized billing the Hellotalk.co.uk access number dialed shall appear on your bill provided by your line provider.
The end destination number dialed after the access code will not appear on your itemized bill.

You call USA for 10 minutes from your BT landline.
The access number provided is 2p per minute. On your bill you shall see the access number called
e.g. 0844 and the duration of the call is10 minutes. Therefore total cost 10p/min x 0.02= 20p.
Do I have to sign up to a membership scheme or join a subscription service?
Quite simply with Hellotalk.co.uk there is no membership required nor is there any signing up/ registration required to take advantage of the savings.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs. All the Hellotalk.co.uk call charges are very transparent. All call charges are made per second.
How do i find out how much it costs to call the country i want to call?
To find out how much it costs to call the destination you require simply go to the Hellotalk.co.uk homepage,
select the destination from the drop down menu. On doing this you shall see the prompt for the access number and the minute rate.
Can I dial Hellotalk.co.uk access number from any landline?
Hellotalk.co.uk access number can be dialed from any BT landline.
If you are with another service provider and are unable to dial the Hellotalk.co.uk access number then please consult your service provider.
Can I dial Hellotalk.co.uk access numbers from my mobile?
Yes you can dial the Hellotalk.co.uk access numbers from your mobile. However it is important to note that calling form mobiles have additional surcharges.
These surcharges are controlled by the mobile operators not by Hellotalk.co.uk. To find out the additional surcharges charged please refer to the mobile operator.
Are the rates for landlines and mobiles the same?
The rates do differ from mobile phones and landlines do differ.
The cheapest way to benefit form the Hellotalk.co.uk access number is to dial it form a BT landline,
as mobile operators add additional costs/ surcharges when dialing the Hellotalk.co.uk access numbers.
Can I dial Hellotalk.co.uk access numbers from a payphone?
Yes, you can dial Hellotalk.co.uk access numbers from a payphone.
Just be aware that payphones may have surcharges which may affect the access number rate.
Does the cost of Hellotalk.co.uk access numbers provided vary from landline service providers?
The costs from BT, Virgin Media, Telewest and Sky should be the same.
However we recommend that you check with your service provider for the exact rate and to find out if there are any surcharges.
When does the billing for dialing the access number begin?
The billing begins the moment you are connected to our service. The call is not billed from the moment the call is connected.
If the call cannot be connected the operator shall inform you and the call shall be disconnected. A good tip is to ensure that the destination number dialed answer
the phone call as soon as possible, so you spent more time talking rather than waiting.
When calling abroad using the Hellotalk access number does the person I am calling get billed?
The person you are calling will normally never be charged for receiving your call.
If you are calling someone abroad who has a UK mobile they will get charged for receiving the call, This is also known as roaming charges.
How will the Hellotalk access number dialed be shown on my bill?
Once you have dialed a Hellotalk.co.uk access number when you receive your bill you shall just see the 0844 number dialed,
you shall not see the name Hellotalk.co.uk just the 0844 number.
Like all telecoms companies hellotalk.co.uk is regulated and governed by the UK telecoms regulator OFCOM.
hellotalk.co.uk operates under the guidelines of OFCOM.
Can Hellotalk access numbers be called from abroad?
Unfortunately hellotalk.co.uk access numbers can only operate within the UK .
